Gretchen’s Experience

Gretchen Harnick has evolved her career over the years acting as an alchemist between communities and business. Her extensive knowledge and experience of wellness and lifestyle brands has spanned the course of more than 15 years in corporate marketing, sales, research and as a professor.

Gretchen understands the challenges that come with starting a new business, and offers a unique perspective for her clients. Gretchen opened a designer clothing boutique and ran a successful wholesale showroom, imported products and sold at an international level before turning to academia working as Assistant Professor in Fashion Marketing for 10 years at Parsons School of Fashion in NYC and Paris. She has built partnerships for and consulted with emerging designers from all over the world, gaining entry to markets such as Tokyo, Japan.

Understanding Her Clients and Their Brands:

Gretchen has first hand knowledge and understanding of the wellness and lifestyle industry having taken her first yoga class in high school, and has steadily practiced yoga in its many forms since then all over the world. She earned her 200 hour yoga teacher certification in Nice, France in 2014.

Her love for wellness extends to seeking out unique spa and wellness centers across the globe when traveling in Thailand, Costa Rica and the Mediterranean coast. She is passionate about essential oils and holistic healing.

Gretchen also believes in giving back having served as a VISTA Volunteer in Southwest Colorado, worked with the Robin Hood Foundation, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and countless other non profit groups
