REINVENTING BUSINESS

In today’s fragile marketplace many industries have reached a critical moment. Innovation is high, yet CEO’s have barely anytime to invest in change as they are struggling to keep business afloat. It is no wonder that 75% of all Reinvention efforts fail.

What if there was a way to build reinvention right in your company? What if you could keep a watchful eye out for change, instill practices within your organization to keep reinvention as a constant conversation, and also create systems to implement change?

In 2020 Reinvention is the only way.

REINVENTING YOURSELF

Gretchen has reinvented herself many times throughout her career. She earned her MBA in Marketing while working as VP of Marketing in a regional bank. Looking to grow, she reinvented herself and after spending one year working in NYC in 2001, she opened a wholesale Showroom in Chicago and retail boutique in Cleveland which she ran successfully for many years.

She imported and sold home fragrance to national retailers before reinventing herself once again, becoming Professor of Fashion Marketing at the world’s top university, Parsons, School of Fashion. Expanding her career into consulting, she launched a 100-year old knitting mill into a modern brand leading their entry into Tokyo, Japan.

Gretchen coached dozens of international business owners working with Incubators such as Not Just A Label, FIT Design Entrepreneurs, and Who’s Next Paris Trade Show. She manages DREEMS Luxury Paris Showroom.

If you are interested to apply the same tools of Reinvention to your personal career, please do reach out.

Gretchen has a GREAT attitude and is willing to take on any challenge. Gretchen is a winner.
